His price was near the lowest of 4 estimates while his ratings were excellent. He and his foreman provided a first rate crew for each part of the project and did daily checks to make sure everything was done to the highest standards. They made sure anything less was corrected immediately. They also corrected anything I felt uncomfortable with at no extra charge - they even replaced a preexisting load bearing column that was misaligned on their own. They also voluntarily extended their labor warranty and made it transferable. Not once did they try to increase their prices above what we agreed to even as they went beyond the contract to make the job perfect. Very professional job and a very enjoyable, honest team to work with.

Joan was very responsive. I called on Monday to discuss job. Carl was out on Tuesday to review and prepare estimate. Joan emailed estimate to me on Tuesday afternoon. I called and scheduled work for Wednesday morning. Carl came out and completed job.

I would definitely recommend and use RSS again should the need arise. The job was in Conroe but Carl advised they do work in Galveston County too. I am a realtor and property manager and have added him to my referral list of contractors.

Carl came and did the estimate, he was very friendly and did a good job of explaining what needed to be done. The person that did the repairs was also very personable. They have a family business and they go to great lengths to make sure the customer is happy. They called before they arrived. It took two days to complete and each time I went outside, they would explain where they were and what was left. At the end, he spent about 20 minutes walking around the house explaining everything that was completed.

Roofing & Siding Solutions did a great job; they didn't take any breaks, they showed up when they said they were going to show up. They got the work done quick and really did a good job with the work they were doing.

I have to say from beginning to end it was an unexpected pleasure working with this company. Always on time, fair prices and excellent work. I needed a company that would come out and check the whole house every 6 months for any repairs needed and thanks to Angie's list I now have one. This is one of the first and only companies that I whole heartedly recommend.

I was originally going to get several quotes. On a Monday I called RSS and another company on Angie's List at approximately 9:00 a.m. Carl from RSS came out that Monday afternoon and gave me the estimate, while the other company I called did not call me until Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment. I was concerned because rain was predicted for the coming Thursday. I called the RSS office and spoke with Joan late Monday afternoon and authorized the work. I advised Joan of my concern for the coming Thursday and wanted the work to be done prior to Thursay. Joan advised she would contact Carl and get back with me. Joan called back in about 10 minutes and stated that Carl could schedule the work for Wednesday afternoon. The work was completed Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night came the showers. I would use RSS again.

I am working on a rental home that needed roofing repairs. However I did not have money in my budget to replace the roof. I called Roofng & Siding Solutions and explained the situation to them. They understood my situation and sent Carl out to give me an estimate. He was prompt and listened to what I wanted. He did not try to sell me a new roof, just said "yes, this roof is repairable. But you need to be aware that you will need a new roof in about 5 years." I was thrilled - someone who listened and did not try to sell me something I did not want. His crew came out about 4 days (as planned) and did the repairs. I am a satisfied customer.

Absolutely great experience! After calling them, Mr. Boyer came out within a couple of days to give an estimate. The job wasn't a big one, and some siding companies didn't even bother to call us back, but he sent us an estimate quickly. We set up a date and his crew came out. They did a great job! They repaired the siding, painted it, and did a few other things we talked about. We'll definitely be calling this company when we need new siding on the remainder of our house.

Not only was Carl thorough, attentive, his crew was so wonderful. Every night when they finished, they cleaned up everything. They are such hard workers. I don't know how they did it in this heat.

Carl was very prompt and professional. Even had to return to my house a second day in order to interface with the furnace installer to ensure a good flue gas piping connection. Was intent on doing a good job.
